Our parent company, Richard P Taylor, was established in 2006 and has built an enviable reptuation as the ‘go to’ local specialists in the area of property and block management. We continue to work work hard in delivering an excellent service to our clients since the day our Lancaster office was opened, and many of them have been with us since then.

M.S. Taylor Estates was born from the family business R.P.Taylor which was founded in the early 2000s.
No one knows the Lancaster and Morecambe Bay area better. Born and bred in the area, founder and director Megan Taylor has been working in the local area since graduating.

Educated at Lancaster Girls’ Grammar School and later at university in London and at UCLAN, Megan is delighted to be back working in Lancaster, Manchester and surrounding areas. For over 7 years she has enjoyed learning the ropes and building strong relationships with the clients of local firm Richard P Taylor. Here she worked alongside her father who instilled in her the same work ethic and friendly approach to business for which he is known. Megan, already a familiar face to many, is looking forward to developing and growing the family business.

Richard has been involved with the property market since 1986, initially working for Black Horse Agencies / Entwistle Green and later for Peill & Co. in Lancaster. It was here that he focussed on dealing in commercial property estate agency, property management, Landlord & Tenant Act negotiations and valuations on commercial premises both for secured lending purposes and for private individuals. Fast forward 20 years to 2006 when Richard set up
Richard P Taylor in the heart of Lancaster.
Sandi Haythornthwaite
Consultant
Sandi spent many years working in London and Harrogate before returning to her roots in Lancaster and the Lune Valley. She is a communications and project management specialist with particular skills in the areas of customer relations and marketing. Sandi is also a former pupil of Lancaster Girls’ Grammar School from where she went on to study at Durham University. Having trained at Saatchi and Saatchi, Sandi went on to advise clients incuding RAC, Best Western Hotels, Virgin Atlantic, the Great Yorkshire Show and a variety of organisations in the Lancaster area. She is particularly proud of the rebranding of St. John’s Hospice and
The Storey.
